I am convinced that spawn kill rules did not changed after this upgrade.

My 1 question: Is now allowed to shot to someone right after spawn in OF mode? A lot of players do that, and they say that this is OK.
My 2 question: If the answer on the 1 question is YES, is it allowed in DM and TDM? With proper distance? When?

when you are respawning you have few secondes to hide so when respawning mode is finished you are supposed to be hiding so you can be shot, in the opposite case you are watching for a respawning player, if you see him waiting, he is hiding well or bad ^^, when he is red respawning you can shoot him but he can't cause, the priority shoot is not for the respawning players to not take advantage of respawning mode, but this is the same in DM as TDM as TDM OF, there is no difference, the only difference is in TDM OF you can't go across the middle line between the 2 camps.

Some players think, that using spawn protection in OF is allowed because of the distance. Maybe You should place answer for this in main spawn kill post?

No need i think, cause all can use spawn protection in OF Mod and i will say you can't do else :hihi Spawn protection don't allow players to go in the opposite camp and if you shoot a respawner you will loose life points so wrong way / bad behaviour ^^ and in the other way if a respawner shoot a player the respawner will loose life points too so wrong way / bad behaviour too it seems to be clear i think
